Career Opportunity: Document Controller
Department: Facilities & Operations Services
Miral Experiences is seeking a Document Controller to manage and maintain technical and operational documentation in accordance with company governance and document lifecycle standards. This role supports maintenance operations, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across facilities and attractions.
Key Responsibilities
- Control and manage technical documents, manuals, drawings, and records
- Maintain document registers, revision history, and traceability logs
- Administer electronic document management systems (EDMS)
- Manage physical document storage and document control rooms
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and system updates
- Train staff on document control procedures and best practices
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Vocational Diploma or Certificate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in document control or records management
- Strong knowledge of document lifecycle and version control
- Proficiency in MS Office and EDMS platforms
Desirable
- Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with CMMS systems and ISO documentation
