About the job
The Advertising Sales Manager is responsible for selling and managing advertising inventory across all Jazeera Airways & Terminal 5 channels (aircraft, in-flight magazine/ entertainment system, Jazeera website/ app, Terminal 5 facility and other on-ground opportunities) to maximize revenue from third-party brands and partners.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop sales strategies to achieve and exceed ad revenue targets.
- Sell advertising space on available channels in Jazeera Airways and Terminal 5 like in-flight magazines, boarding passes, websites, mobile apps, inflight entertainment system, baggage trolleys, Terminal-5 facility etc.
- Identify new channels for advertising to maximize ad-revenue through third-party collaboration.
- Secure partnerships with brands for inflight product placements, announcements, or sponsorships.
- Manage airline advertising inventory such as seatback branding, tray table ads, overhead bins, baggage tags, boarding passes, check-in counters, and digital signage at airports.
- Optimize pricing and packages for advertisers.
- Build strong relationships with advertising agencies, corporate clients, and brand partners.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, inflight crew) to execute campaigns smoothly.
- Track performance metrics and share reports with stakeholders.
- Stay updated on airline advertising trends and competitor activities.
