Merchandiser
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure products are properly displayed and merchandised in retail outlets
- Organize and maintain attractive product displays in accordance with company standards
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely shelf replenishment
- Check product availability, pricing, and shelf placement to maximize sales
- Coordinate with store personnel to maintain product visibility and brand standards
- Report stock shortages, damaged products, and merchandising issues to the supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG
- Good understanding of merchandising principles and retail operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and travel between retail locations as required
