Job Opening: Officer – Freezone Services
Job Purpose
To support Freezone operations by processing client requests, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring compliance and service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and stamping
- Coordinate with PROs and immigration authorities
- Handle residence, entry, and exit permits
- Support E-channel activation and establishment cards
- Issue NOCs, employment certificates, and service letters
- Maintain CRM records and client documentation
- Support audits, reports, and service improvements
- Ensure safety, compliance, and service standards
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role
