Keeta CAREERS: APPLY NOW FOR THE LATEST VACANCIES

Keeta, the food delivery platform operated by Chinese technology company Meituan, officially began its services in Kuwait on September 15, 2025. The launch marked another step in the company’s expansion across the Middle East, making Kuwait the third market in the region where Keeta has started operating, following its entry into Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

The company’s arrival in Kuwait has been accompanied by several introductory offers aimed at attracting new customers. People placing their first order through the platform can receive a 50% discount. Keeta is also offering free delivery for orders worth more than 3 KWD, giving new users an additional incentive to try the service.

Delivery speed is another important part of Keeta’s strategy in the Kuwaiti market. At launch, the platform estimated that most orders would reach customers within approximately 25 to 30 minutes. As operations expand and the delivery network becomes more established, the company plans to reduce waiting times further. In areas with a high concentration of restaurants and customers, Keeta aims to bring average delivery times below 20 minutes.

Along with its delivery service, Keeta has introduced a rewards system known as Keeta Points. Customers can collect points through their orders and later use them for different benefits. The rewards can potentially be exchanged for airline miles, hotel loyalty benefits and other lifestyle-related offers. This program is designed to encourage regular use of the platform rather than relying only on discounts to attract customers.

Customer service is another area covered by the Kuwait launch. Keeta has established a local support hotline for customers who need assistance with orders or other service-related issues. The Kuwait customer support number is +965 22086665.

The Keeta application is available to customers using both major mobile operating systems. Users can download the app through Apple’s App Store or Google Play on Android devices. Through the application, customers can browse participating restaurants, place food orders and access available promotions and rewards.

The Kuwait launch represents Keeta’s continued effort to build a presence in the Middle Eastern food delivery market. Entering another country gives the company an opportunity to expand its customer base while competing with existing delivery platforms. With promotional discounts, reward points, free delivery offers and a focus on faster order fulfillment, Keeta is positioning its Kuwait service around convenience and customer engagement.

For customers in Kuwait, the new platform adds another option for ordering meals and having them delivered directly to their homes or workplaces. As the service develops, delivery coverage, restaurant availability and delivery speeds are expected to evolve alongside the company’s wider expansion plans in the region
